Battley Mews 13 is approximately 2,300 square feet of superbly finished and furnished interior spaces, with everything you need to feel perfectly at home during your stay.

The spacious, open-plan living and dining areas make it easy to enjoy the carefree, inside-outside life with family and friends. There’s comfortable sofa seating, international satellite TV and wi-fi, a blu-ray player, seating for six in the dining area, and french doors open onto a patio with spa pool and a private garden, complete with outdoor furniture.

The adjacent kitchen is fully fitted with integrated appliances, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.

A sky-lit, curved staircase rises through the heart of the house and leads to the bedrooms on the first floor. The 257 square feet master suite with a king-sized bed has its own private balcony, fitted wardrobes and capacious bathroom, elegantly finished in Travertine limestone, with a bath and walk-in shower. Bedroom Two has a queen-sized four-poster and Bedroom Three has twin beds. Both rooms also feature fitted wardrobes and all the bedrooms have their own independently controlled comfort cooling.

At the front of each house is a driveway with ample room for two cars and an external storage area for bikes and beach equipment.
