Ryan is on the ball! Always ready to help, keeps me updated by email, text and phone calls and adds pictures when needed. He has so much knowledge and connections in so many things involving homes and villas! He knows how Barbados functions and is always patient and understanding no matter what! He takes the time to listen to all my thoughts and concerns....the good and the bad! He has been an amazing person to work with and has made it so much easier and smoother to deal with taking care of my villa. I feel calmer and less worried knowing he is helping me out.

My friend and I stayed at Ryan's apartment in Barbados. It was super a super clean and lovely apartment, equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Ryan is a great host and always there when you need him. He is extremely knowledgeable on all your vacation needs. We had a great vacation, so much so we went back 6 months later!

Stayed in a newly renovated, modern, clean, comfortable apartment in Holetown Barbados June 2015. The place was in a central location, across the street form the beach, bars and a walk away from shopping and a health clinic. The apartment manager was absolutely amazing. He was professional, courteous, accommodating to our schedule and went out of his way to show us the surrounding area. Transportation was arranged, hot spots suggested, areas to avoid late at night and daily check ups made Ryan's hospitality worth mentioning. We were so pleased that we returned the following year and yes, we booked with Ryan once more. Every opportunity I get, I travel to Barbados and most importantly I call Ryan to book accommodation or for his suggestions. Would highly recommend him and are open to questions about my travel to Barbados.
